Paul joined Minor in late 2022 from his previous dual-position at CapitaLand as Head of Global Design & Planning and Product & Technical Services with The Ascott Limited, and at CapitaLand International as VP of Project Development & Management, where he managed all Ascott-branded projects globally as well as heading the technical risk assessment team for global acquisitions and project development.
Paul is a highly esteemed professional with more than 23 years of professional practice as a licensed architect in the US and Singapore. He is fluent in Korean and holds a Master of Science in Architecture and Urban Design (MSAUD) from Columbia University in New York and a Bachelor of Architecture (BArch) from Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh.
