You will support the overall Food & Beverage operation of the hotel to maximize guest satisfaction, team member performance and business results. Your key duties and responsibilities are to promote and ensure guest satisfaction by taking reservations (phone and email), greeting guests and accompany them to their table and monitor the table rotation. As a hostess breakfast you may be asked to welcome guests to breakfast room, checking the room numbers, help with seating and guarantee that guests have a great breakfast experience.

You will maintain effective communication with the Shift Leader at all times and complete activities on the preventive maintenance schedule as specified in hotel plans by following all safety procedures while carrying out any tasks. Housekeeping Coordinator’s responsibility is the daily coordination of the Housekeeping operations. The Housekeeping Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the department achieves the highest level of service delivery through effective communication and follow up. Critical aspects of the role are communicating room status, receiving & dispatching requests / tasks to all key contacts; ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of the department.

Director of Sales - Food & Beverage will report directly to Managing Director Thailand North & Samui.

You work closely with the Cluster Director of Marketing & Communications, Corporate Office, and your team to set up, establish, and drive the hotels' financial performance and create results by maximizing efforts with innovative marketing and communication ideas. You will develop rapport with key media and international media agencies. You will be responsible to build and develop the hotels' sales and marketing leadership in your geographic assignment. Through your effective management, passion, and enthusiasm you will be able to successfully inspire and coach your team and ensure marketing brand standards are fully respected. You would also oversee the implementation of Marketing & Communications strategies to meet changing market and competitive conditions as well as monitor competitors' marketing and PR activities. With the growing importance of social media, the responsibility for monitoring and implementation lies with this role. You will establish and maintain relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners as well as maintain a consistent brand image throughout all sales, PR, marketing, and MarCom activities. Lastly, you would oversee the implementation of the brand strategy and brand standards at a hotel level and implement corrective measures if necessary.

As Reservations Manager you will drive the performance of the reservations team on property. You will ensure that all SOP's are being adhered to, responsible for training and coaching the team members and monitoring their performance. You will further be responsible for maintaining and improving reservations operations to ensure a high degree of accuracy in guest reservations, maximising revenue opportunities and satisfaction of guests and team memebrs. You will ensure monitoring of daily arrivals for all guest requests to be carried out and communicated to. You will drive the communication to other relevant departments, all realistic expectations of guests are met, and reservations are honoured. You will assist Revenue Management with inventory management, including maintenance of allotments, group blocks, and rate codes in all applicable systems. You will take personal responsibility for driving up- selling within the property and to ensure optimal use of all distribution channels, e.g. IBE, GDS, Tour Operators, Small Luxury Hotels, Regional and Corporate Sales Offices.
